I’ve just lost $1k with DODO. My account was suspended on Jan15, and my $1k balance was held for 120 days. At that time, I was informed that the funds would be released as long as there were no refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.
During the entire 120 day period, my business remained completely clean with zero refunds, disputes, or chargebacks. However yesterday I received an email stating that the balance was permanently retained due to “potential risk” which honestly feels very unfair after maintaining a clean record the whole time.
I already suffered significant losses with suppliers, and losing the full balance as well is extremely difficult for me to understand. If there was truly a potential risk, the worst case solution should have been extending the hold period or refunding all my customers not permanently keeping the funds like that.
I truly hope you can help me resolve this situation and recover my money. It would genuinely mean a lot to me.
