Hi Dodopayment team,
How long does the verification process usually take? It has been 48 hours already since I submitted. My launch is blocked because of this. Any help is much much appreciated.

Verification typically takes 24–72 hours after submission.

If it’s already been 48 hours:

  • You’re still within the normal window
  • Delays can happen if additional checks are needed

What you can do now:

  • Check your email (including spam) for any requests for more info
  • If nothing is pending, reach out to support with your account email so they can prioritize your review
