- Share your business ID (bus_0NewGMR3TSYAXovm3PtGZ) with the Dodo team directly
- Ask for a manual status check on KYC/account activation
Fastest way:
- Tag a team member here in Discord or
- Email support with your business ID
If it’s been stuck since Saturday, it’s reasonable to request escalation.
