This needs a manual review from the Dodo onboarding team.

Do this:

  • Reply to the rejection email (or open a support ticket) with:
    • Clear explanation of your product flow (how it’s fully automated)
    • Screenshots or a short demo (very helpful)
    • Clarify there is no human/manual fulfillment or customization per order

Important:

  • “Automation platform” is fine, but if users can request custom outputs/services, it may still be flagged as “customizable”
  • Make sure your website/product messaging clearly reflects standardized, self-serve usage
