#Insufficient balance for refund

Hi, we need to process a refund for one of our users (payment done yesterday). We tried initiating refunds, but it shows insufficient balance in the wallet. We are short by 20-30$ for the refund. I tried, but couldn't find a way to add balance to the wallet.

Please help in this as it's really urgent. Customer is continuously checking if we have processed refund or not.

Refunds are debited from your available wallet balance, and currently there’s no manual top-up option.

What you can do:

  • Wait for recent payments to settle into your wallet balance (this usually resolves small shortfalls like $20–30).
  • If it’s urgent, contact the Dodo team to manually assist or prioritize settlement for your account.

If you want, share your merchant ID and they can help speed this up internally.
