#Payout Delaying from 3 May

I can’t access or manually release payouts from here.
For payout status or delays:
- Check the payout status in your Dodo dashboard (Payouts section)
- Typical statuses:
pending,processing,paid,failed
If it’s stuck or unclear:
- Contact support with:
- Business ID:

They can check internal processing and give an exact ETA.
It showing status of initiated But i didn't see any Reference ID to Share it with my bank side to check if they receive it or not !

If the payout status is initiated, it means the transfer hasn’t been completed yet on the banking side.
- A bank reference / UTR ID is only generated after processing starts or completes
- So you won’t see a reference ID while it’s still
initiated - At this stage, the funds have not reached your bank yet
What to do:
- Wait for status to move to
processingorpaid - Once it’s
paid, the reference ID should be available - If it stays
initiatedfor too long, contact support with your payout ID for a manual check
No action is needed with your bank until the reference ID is generated.
OK sir i will wait for an update. Kindly give me the updated Reference Id / Status so i can reachout with my bank to clear this delay problem !
It was paid out. Just not updated on the dashboard. Could you please check your bank statement?

pyt_0Ne59YBpECwOGndXQ5HY8 Please update this Status of Transaction as it's still not credited. When i reachout to Bank they asking for the Proof of refernce Id of Payout Like NEFT Transaction id or something else ! That it's successfully paid out from your platform
Please share the updated payout screenshot of Transaction id visible in it and on which date it's success for the Bank transfer .
