#Business address change - what to do?

I think this might be related to more users as well, but this case is just happening to me, the address of my business (legal address) will go through a change in the next couple days, I was wondering what are the exact steps to take reporting the change?

I assume bank verification again maybe updating the address, but anything else other than that?

You’ll need to update your business details and likely go through a quick re-verification.

Steps:

  1. Update your legal business address in the Dodo dashboard (Business/Profile settings).
  2. Upload supporting documents (e.g., registration certificate, utility bill, or official proof with new address).
  3. Submit for review (KYC update).
  4. Wait for approval — payouts may be temporarily limited during review.

Notes:

  • Bank details usually don’t need re-verification unless they also change.
  • If the address change affects your legal entity info, expect stricter verification.

If you don’t see an edit option, contact support to trigger a manual update.
