Payout was initiated on April 18th but has remained pending since then.
On April 23rd, I followed up and requested escalation due to urgent payment needs.
On April 24th, support informed me that the payout failed due to a missing business address and asked me to update it via the dashboard. However, when I attempted to do so, I encountered the following error:
"Re-submit is disabled. Contact [email protected] to request resubmission."
Since the submit option is disabled on my end, I shared my complete address details via email the same day and requested your team to update it from your side and reinitiate the payout.
Since then, I have not received any response from support, and the payout is still pending.
Given that it has now been 10 days since initiation (April 18th to April 28th), this delay is quite long. I request you to please escalate this as urgent and help resolve it at the earliest.
