Hi there,

Just checking if there is any delay in payouts to hit the bank account recently. I find that my latest payout is not yet reached to my bank. Any information about it?

There’s no known global delay, but payouts can take some time depending on a few factors:

Processing time: After payout is initiated, it can take 1–3 business days to reach your bank.
Bank delays: Some banks take longer to clear incoming transfers.
Weekends/holidays: These can shift timelines.
Payout status: Check if it’s still “processing” vs “completed” in your dashboard.

If it’s been longer than expected, share your payout ID with support so they can trace it.
