1. Adding a new brand

  • You can add multiple brands under one verified account.
  • Go to Dashboard → Brands → Add Brand.
  • If it’s not appearing after submission, it may be:
    • Pending review
    • Missing required details (domain, business info, etc.)

If it’s not visible at all after submission, please share the brand name + domain with support so we can check backend status.

2. Can Dodo handle $15k+ MRR?

Yes — that volume is fully supported.

3. Custom pricing

For $15k+ MRR and migrating volume:

  • Custom rates are possible
  • This requires review by the payments team

Please DM:

  • Current MRR
  • Regions you sell to
  • Current processor + rate
  • Monthly transaction count
