Please share one of the following so we can help fast:

  • The failure reason / error code shown for pay_0NY22yMQF3dW48obGg52H
  • Or open a support ticket with the payment ID and merchant account

Quick checks meanwhile:

  • Confirm the subscription is not canceled/expired (vs paused)
  • Retry from a new payment method (old mandate/card may be invalid)
