Hey,

I think I setup my account wrong, I’m currently in the support chat to have my account closed down on my current email so I can re-register. But I must say, the wait time is saying 12+ hours…

However, my question is; I have a business registered in the UK (Company A), and I plan to build multiple SaaS platforms with all income from these platforms going to company A.

What’s the best way to set this up in DoDo?

You don’t need multiple accounts.

Recommended setup:

  • Create one Dodo merchant account for Company A (UK entity).
  • Complete KYC/KYB once for Company A.
  • Create separate Products (or Plans/Prices) in Dodo for each SaaS platform.
  • Use:
    • Different product IDs
    • Optional metadata (e.g. app=saas_a, app=saas_b) for reporting.
  • Route all payments to the same Company A balance.

When you’d need multiple accounts:

  • Different legal entities
  • Different payout recipients
  • Different compliance jurisdictions

Email re‑registration isn’t required for this use case—support can usually fix account state if needed.

@thorny tiger Hmm, I’d rather not have multiple SaaS platforms mixed in with other products.

What about the case of same users exiting on two of my platforms?

@novel pawn So, after I’ve created my main merchant account, I can add Brands (SaaS Platforms) and they all use the same payout?
