#Payout Fee charged twice
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
This usually happens due to one of these reasons:
- Two payout cycles crossed (e.g. bi‑monthly or weekly), so two separate payouts were auto‑initiated.
- Manual retry or dashboard action triggered a second payout while the first was still processing.
- Bank-level retry: if a payout temporarily failed or was pending, the system may re‑initiate it.
- Multiple wallets/currencies resulted in separate payouts.
What to do next:
- Check Payout ID, amount, wallet, and payout date in your dashboard.
- Confirm whether both payouts are marked Successful or if one is Reversed/Failed.
- If both are successful and charged, contact support with the payout IDs for reconciliation/refund.

Hey @deft stream, the reason two payouts were initiated is that you have two separate wallets: one for INR payments and one for USD payments.
Regarding the fees:
- For USD payouts below $1,000, we charge a $5 fee.
- For INR payouts below ₹1 lakh, we charge a ₹5 fee.
and on earth one can understand that there are two different wallets ?
and you are not even showing the balance of the second wallet (INR) neither the payout minimum condition.
this is not a good practice at all
@rich patrol
We do show balance in INR, you can check this under “Balances” on your dashboard
@rich patrol ,as per that EUR and GBP payout should be separate as well, as along with INR and USD these two currencies are showing there as well in the balances.
also you have payout threshold for USD, what about INR then.
isn't it confusing ?
Yes, we are planning to move to a single wallet. This is already on our roadmap and it will be implemented soon.
That will be helpful, as if you see my payout fee of $5 got charged twice without any reason, it could have been a single payout with only once $5 charge.
Hey, just to clear up the misunderstanding - you were charged $5 for the USD payout and ₹5 for the INR payout, not $5 twice.
you simply explained that it is twice, it could have been paid in one single payout right ?
there was no need to divide the payment in 2 parts and charge me twice.
just calculate the percentage I paid for the payout. initially i paid for the payment gateway and then for ₹2000 I paid $5 ~ ₹450 for the payout.
can you calculate the percentage i paid for the payout?
@rich patrol
It wouldn’t be possible to have a single payout in this case, since your INR transactions are received in your INR wallet and your USD transactions are received in your USD wallet. As a result, there are two separate payouts - one for each wallet.
The USD payout carries a $5 charge, and the INR payout carries a ₹5 charge.
We’re also working on setting up a single-wallet system, so in the future you’ll be charged only once and won’t incur this additional payout fee.
can you help me calculating the percentage of commission I paid to you for ~₹2000 payout ?
There was a ₹5 fee for the ₹2160.52 payout
ah sorry, I missed the currency, then it’s ok as charge is only ₹5 .
sorry my bad i missed the currency as both were 5 .
No worries! :)
