Sorry about the delay — I understand this is painful, especially early on.
Here’s how to get this unblocked fastest:
- Bank verification is a manual review and can’t be expedited via Discord or in-app chat.
- Please open a support ticket with:
- Your Dodo account email
- Business name
- Country
- Date you submitted bank details
- If you already opened a ticket, reply here with the ticket ID so the team can locate it.
In the meantime:
- You can create products and subscriptions, but live payments are blocked until bank verification completes.
- Test mode remains fully usable.

- Click Contact Support
- Fill out the form with:
- Dodo account email
- Business name
- Country
- Bank verification submission date
- Submit — you’ll receive a ticket ID by email
Once you have the ticket ID, reply here and the team can look it up.
