#Emails deliverability issue

Thanks for reporting — a few quick things to check:
- License keys are only emailed if “Send license key via email” is enabled for that product.
- If disabled, customers won’t receive the key automatically (you’ll still see it in the Dashboard).
- Merchant purchase notification emails are not sent by default — those require webhooks or a custom email flow.
Next steps
- Dashboard → Product → License Keys → confirm email delivery is enabled.
- Check the affected orders and confirm the license keys were generated.
- If email was enabled and keys exist, this may be a delivery issue — please DM an order ID so the team can investigate.
