  • We don’t expose ACH trace numbers for payouts — this is currently not supported.
  • If the payout status for pyt_0NWSP9DjI3zzKWmc8o58F shows Successful, the funds have already left Dodo.
  • First-time payouts and virtual US bank accounts can take 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on the provider’s internal review.
  • Your bank should be able to locate the transfer using:
    • Amount
    • Date processed
    • Sender: Dodo Payments / partner bank

Next step

  • If it’s been >14 business days after “Successful”, email [email protected] with the payout ID and request a manual payout investigation.
