#Subscription payment stuck on “processing”

This isn’t expected behavior.
In Live mode, a card payment should never stay in processing for more than a few minutes.
Most common causes:
- Card payment is awaiting network confirmation and got stuck
- Payment requires manual review/intervention
- Edge-case failure at the acquiring bank level
What to do next:
- Share the payment_id / subscription_id with Dodo support (don’t post it publicly).
- Open a support ticket mentioning:
- Live mode
- Date: Jan 18
- Status stuck in
processing
- If this was a test, don’t retry on the same card until support resolves it.
Dodo will either:
- Move it to
failed, or - Manually complete/void it on the backend.
