We can’t check payment statuses from Discord.

Please do this:

• Confirm environment: Test or Live
• Check each pay_... ID in the Dashboard → Payments
• Share merchant ID, environment, and timestamp if any payment shows charged but not captured or pending

If the user sees a debit but payment is failed/pending in Dashboard:

• It’s usually a temporary card authorization
• Banks auto‑reverse it within 3–7 business days

If any payment shows succeeded but funds are missing, open a support ticket with those IDs so the team can investigate.
