#Cloudflare is preventing users to pay !!! URGENT

We canโt see screenshots here, so need one quick check to diagnose.
Please confirm one of the following:
- Exact error message/code shown on checkout
- Whether this happens in Test or Live mode
- Checkout URL format youโre using (host + path, no secrets)
Common immediate causes to verify meanwhile:
- Checkout opened with test keys on live domain (or viceโversa)
- Checkout session already expired
- Country/IP blocked by browser/VPN or network policy
- Using a nonโDodo domain iframe or mixed HTTP/HTTPS
Share the error text or URL pattern and weโll pinpoint it fast.
Did they use that page too many times
They are from Italy, Niger, Indonesia
No VPN is used & they tried to clear chache and use different browsers

Very weird. For testing, I tried to spam page reloads and after 20+ reloads I got rate limited
There are like 2-4 mins between purchase attempts

Are you using IP blocking or caching on the checkout page?

also...I'm not a professional in engineering/programming (only just 10 years of cyber experience), but cache should never be enabled on checkout pages...they are super dynamic in content, and cache can cause loops/errors, etc.

Thank you for reaching out and providing those details.
Some users reported this same issue about 5-6 hours ago, and we resolved it at that time. However, for existing sessions, you may need to clear your browser cache and cookies or try again in incognito mode due to browser caching. It should work correctly now.

1 -same client fighting from the morning to purchase
2 & 3 - new client trying to buy after mr @tranquil jay mentioned the fix here
@brisk oyster we need to wait till CDN cache clears out - ideally it takes 12 to 24 hours - cloudflare generally maintains regional cache across the world and probably that only causing the issue - I have purged cache as well but still if it's happening then we don't have a choice but to wait.

and when I tried only on that laptop...to access the academy.hackand fix..... it gave me back the same staging stuff
