Why did this happen?
So basically the customer tried to pay three times with 2 different methods all failed
For the card error i think we need better error handling.. this is very vague and doesn't explain anything for this particular card issue.. I wouldn't know where to look if such an error came or from whose side the error is mine, or their card or dodo.
