#Initiate refund not working?

Made about 4 live test payments after successful tests which all succeeded but my database upgrades failed on live so i was trying to refund so i can test again since im on a budget but i keep getting error:

The requested resource could not be found. This might be because the ID doesn't exist or the resource has been deleted. Please verify your request parameters and try again.

How do i go on about this?
