We just resubmitted the name issue, since we are ready for for production would really expedited verification. There are also 2 additional areas we would like to update

  1. The payout compliance registration type is LLP ( currently its marks as private limited please assist us in updating )
  2. We would like to like to change our banking account details if the forms could be unlocked

To update your payout compliance registration type from Private Limited to LLP and to change your banking account details, follow these steps:

  1. Update Payout Compliance Registration Type:

    • Contact Dodo Payments support via Intercom, Discord, or email to request enabling resubmission for the Payout Compliance form. Inform them of the need to update your registration type to LLP.
    • Once the form is unlocked, select the correct registration type and resubmit the necessary documents.

  2. Change Banking Account Details:

    • Reach out to Dodo Payments support via Intercom, Discord, or email. Provide your email ID and request a manual reset of the bank verification section.
    • Wait for the compliance team to reopen the section for you to re-submit the updated banking details.

For both requests, clearly mention your urgency and include your business ID and registered email to expedite the process. Avoid spamming or tagging multiple team members as it may slow down the queue.
