Hi, I filled up the details about payout compliance.

We are a 2 member Delaware LLC (partnership). Both partners are Indian citizens. The drop-down shows only Indian company strictures. Check attached image.

I have submitted as LLP/Partnerships.

We are a saas and digital marketing services company.

You can choose Private Limited

#

Private limited is a common entity type and most popular. Most countries have a different name for the entity type, hence we have tried to keep it standard

Mine is LLC partnership for tax purpose. So I chose LLP /partnership

Pvt Limited ll be similar to C-corp, which we are not

I can’t change now as I submitted as partnership. What to do now?

Form 9 in name of the entity. Choose US citizen

Thanks . Other thing is it asks complete permanent address . I have given USA business address. Is that okay? Ofc it is NOT permanent.

I had forgotten to sign the W9 form so it got rejected and asked for resubmission. When I am trying to resubmit the signed w9 form, the submit button is not working. Kind of stuck
