You need Clearance 4, batteries, and filled cryo tank. Then you need to get to secret labs behind bio/preservation - memorize/screenshot the symbols there. Then get to the Vault 6 that is at the main lab (two elevators on either side of control in the tranquility rooms).

You need to get clearance 2 to reveal exfil with scanner (or you can find one by yourself on computer). Then you need Clearance 3 to activate it. And then it will show where it is.

You need 6 subroutines to access the Compiler. Only that one person who has them has access, so you'd have to drop the keys/quest items to them.

It's not shared across the party in a run, but you can enter it with them, yeah.

My go to tactic with randoms is to get Clearance 2 so that we can skirt Control. If we don't get Clearance 2 in the first 2 rooms I will drone at the start of Control and most likely will get it in 85 % of runs. If I don't, then it's either PVP or waiting for the bots to respawn (I don't like the second option cause I don't like to stay in one place for too long on Cryo)
