that's how tarkov works actually. Boss spawn rates increase throughout the season, and the longer you play, the better loot you get on your wildling when you spawn in.

tarkov is more relentless, and gear fear there is much higher, because the loot has many more tiers than it does here

4k hrs in Tarkov, and now 400hrs in Marathon. I love them both equally, but I will stick with Marathon because its faster (not in terms of gameplay/pvp), but match queues are faster and the games are much faster.

I think adrenaline-wise Tarkov gives more, but Tarkov requires MUCH MORE time to master than Marathon at this moment. That's not necessarily a good thing. 500hrs in Tarkov - you are still a noob. You will die without exfiling because you didn't find the exfil MANY times.
No maps, you never know where you are, no quest explanations.
If you think Marathon quests are hard, wait until you need to exfil from 8 maps in a row without dying to complete a quest, or find 4 items to progress your hideout, the drop rate of which is extremely low.

As for PvP, they are very different. Tarkov guns feel the same, to be honest. Your edge is good bullets and low recoil.
Snipers one shot you to the head. Rarely you can survive a shot to the had due to a ricochet.

Randomly dying in tarkov out of nowhere is a thing.
Some people call it 'A UNITY HORROR'

I feel like Marathon is much more fair in terms of PvP

but in terms of economy its harsher. Especially when it comes to meds.

They buffed the stryder this patch, buffed wstr last patch. Buffed the loot on all the non-cryo maps, carri is a big buff for free stuff and faction advancement, overrun buff, brrt and copperhead buffs, I'm probably missing more tbh

And ofc the recon stuff, vandal got some buffs too

Imo the bully is fine, the other smgs need to be brought to its level. If u could nerf something it would be snipers. Imo there's not much reason to use anything else for mid+ range fighting a sniper with a dmr or an even at 30-40m is rough
