I think they should look a little visually distinct still and obviously if there isn't a body nearby it's suss usually but idk. Or at least make bags that spawn that aren't trap bags.

For vault 3 you need to run around the map and scan the terminal in each section of the map to find warden on outskirts, when you find him , you go to this section and search for pump credentials
