There is a solo mode in this game... So you can compare team performance Vs personal performance of the player. There is no reason to try to measure the personal performance of the player in a team reference frame . If you play random fill and face a pre made team it is more like 2 Vs 3 or 1 Vs 3 rather than 3 Vs 3 so each member of a random fill is at a disadvantage compared to individual players from pre-made teams . Also people usually bring worse gear into random fill
