Respectfully I disagree. Every runner except Recon has effectively 3 abilities they can activate on demand. Vandal and Destroyer have super mobility, Triage has damage buff, etc. You can press that button anytime.
Recon's interrogation isn't a button you can press, it's dependent on finishing specifically runners on a team.. Stalker is nice but it only works when a fight is effectively over, unlike say Destroyer where a well-aimed boost can change the result of a fight

Recon is one of my favorite shells (especially for design) but her kit feels underpowered compared to the rest

Even having Stalker work like Thief's goggles would be a massive improvement

It sounded for the knife that maybe the issue is the scaling/arachne upgrades. I don't know exactly how the Melee Damage stat works in regards to shields/health but base melee is between 5 - 15 dependent on character

Each arachne bumps it 20, being able to go to +60 to the base at full upgrade seems really strong - maybe they'll adjust the bumps to 15

some implants and stuff can also get pretty crazy. but I'm still too low level for it to be noticeable to me.

The first melee damage upgrade from arachne letting you 1 hit kill the light bots is huge though
