They need to fix the loot. Make players want to loot the POI’s. Instead of everyone just waiting for a gunshot and all teams run towards that point of interest.
Make key spawns better, you can farm the hardest events and only get 1 key that doesn’t drop the best loot most of the time.

i find it wildly dependent on the map I’m playing. people don’t spend much time looting POIs on perimeter because, well, it’s perimeter lol. Marsh and Outpost have things worth looting, and Marsh has 3 potential events you can do for really good gear.

I think if we start making key spawns “better” keys start really losing their value. you can already make purple keys.

And maybe make the USECs you kill drop whatever material can spawn in those POI. The harder enemy you kill the better quality of material you find

I think the part of cryo that’s most interesting outside of the vaults is that when you go in, you know that if you are able to get out regardless if you kill people or not, your going to be juiced with loot. That feeling needs to be in ranked as well

Just make looting the POI exciting and fun. Shouldn’t matter what map you are on. The game has wipes, you literally don’t get to keep it. You want players to feel that rush of trying to get out with some awesome loot. Hell you can’t even find a purple shield unless you on outpost or Cryo lol

It's interesting the fog kind of helps you move through the middle of the map.

Same time though I know what you mean. Thermals might need tweaked to not see as well through the fog just because I imagine the intention is to hide players from each other but thermals just says no to that.

Maybe that's the intention too though to give you a good reason to use thermals.

if the hacker situation gets worse im going to stop playing this game to avoid dealing with it. I love the game but i cant do anything about a gold shield prefiring around corner, walking around the map insta killing every team and opening every key room in one game. Genuinely infuriating. It was so obvious and i know what hacking looks like in a bungie game i dropped 3.0 and 4.0+ kd often weekends with hundreds of flawlesses in trials of osiris. I know what im looking at. Please show that you guys are doing anything or something to ensure you are combating this because they are level 120+ with all private brand new steam profiles. I mean depends on what definition of hard we take, there is no time limit so you can spend as much time as you want , so yes it is much easier compared to boss fight or quest that you need to complete in a certain time frame .
