Once you exfil a subroutine it is permanent, the only requirement for repeating compiler is getting another DNA key (relatively common reward from cryo vaults)

if you get either two of those spawns you are set because the vault is outside biostock, you collect all your batteries from spawn area, if in preservation grab a cryo tank, get clearance level 2, go to opposite location, grab all batteries, if you spawned in biostock, grab a tank from preservation, then run back to spawn, fill it up, and then you have everything for vault two and it’s basically right there. there’s 3 exfil calls in that area too, so you shouldn’t have a problem leaving

If you're only ever rushing pinwheel it starts to feel that way, but you can consistently stock up on loot and come out with good kits if you optimize between boss/pinwheel/other stuff like Dire lockdowns
