What I can tell so far:

starting room:get 1 clearance card, use wall terminal get to second "poi" room. ( "cargo", etc)

poi room: fight bots or use wall terminal to get to clearance level 1. you can directly proceed to control at this point, or finish everything to get clearance level 2.

control: all 4 starting rooms connect to here with clearance 1. need clearance 3 to move directly between wings without passing through control. clearance level 5 door is in the center pit below the ice, shoot green panels to reveal it.

exfil: need clearance level 3. activate panel in control and it will spawn a "secret" exfil in one of the 4 wings, you have countdown to get there to extract. another team that is near it can exfil before you, by going into it and starting the 10 sec timer.

vaults: you need batteries to access vaults along with their gold key. you can find batteries by using the scanner on the wall, which will mark batteries on the map with small icon. once you load batteries and scan in, you need to complete a puzzle.
Navigating

Acquire Security Tags or interact with terminals to increase your Security Clearance Level. Kill bosses to get more tags and increase your clearance. As your clearance level increases, you can access more areas of the map.

Extracting

Get to Security Clearance Level 3. Find an exfil station to reveal an exfil, then run to the other side of the map where the actual exfil will spawn.

Using Vault Keys

You need a Marathon Key to open a vault. The keys tell you how much power and coolant you need to open each door. (Ex: Power: 8, Cooling: 1)

Find batteries to power the vault doors. Fill the Empty Cryo Coolant containers at the lower levels of the map where you'll see frost.
