getting a full set bumps the timer slightly
after inputting a set of 4, it disappears, and you can move to a new set
board shuffles each round
clearing a symbol does NOT permanently clear it, and it will possibly reappear in subsequent rounds
multiple people can clear the same symbols (again, i believe it needs to be 1 person on a full clear
clearing a set DOES NOT clear it for others
if you MISMATCH (hit a wrong tile), you are out for that round, but others can still match
--- note: this might change with the "MEM_ERROR_PENALTY" flag later on as balance for lower cell count
