Hacking about with the API, forced my state to show cameras at 100% stabilization, but I don't think it's delivering the ones with whatever we need to capture in them yet

To me this is our current best clue - it tells us about the terminals in game and that the window is limited.

When we were trying different methods of triggering the terminals, we got it to 2%. That's the furthest progress we've made so far.
