I have a few ideas if i may. First glance, it feels too human. Every runner looks like a robot, because they are. The artistic asthetic of marathon is industrial, and one idea i had was to morph those red claw attachments into the arms themselves. Now it looks like a woman with a mask and gloves on

especially with the big contrast of her "clothes" and "skin". Other runners have the feeling of one entire shell
