Play carefully, land shots if you get into gunfights and isolate ones, don't aggro bots because it gives you away FAST, try to maximize value items over craftable items, get matter fix if you need to for your shield and backpack

It's a generic BattlEye error that just means the anticheat saw something that it didn't like. That could be a million different things, but for starters make sure your windows is updated and you don't have anything like cheatengine running
