There’s a YouTube video floating around somewhere where a few folks from the Marathon team said something along the lines of not viewing your loot as something so, so precious. We’re meant to go through the loop of infil, loot, survive, exfil, and either use those same materials to gear up and go again, use towards upgrades, or sell off for $$$.

Yes, if you played before the deluxe silk was added, you already had some earned and it went to overflow and you'll need to relaunch after depleting your main balance for the overflow to go back in usable balance

The guns are not yours. You are just holding them until someone kills you. The same is true in reverse. Use sponsored kits in the beginning until you can make a build you're comfortable with. Once you get the reps going you can re-purchase your loadouts pretty easily

I bought the deluxe edition to support this game because so far I am absolutely enjoying it. I love it way more than even arc. It reminds me of a futuristic hunt showdown. Most guns are viable when fighting players. The PvE is actually challenging. Though I will say the super boss enemies you do defeat their loot feels lackluster but maybe that's just my luck.
