there are lots of loot rooms. easy AI would be dull. Safe bags ruin PvP completely and im glad this game doesnt have them (they remove all risk). Fall damage forces you to think. health and shield kits are common, if you know where to look. scrub Ai drop ammo. good loot is found on high tier Ai. Rook levels up by purchasing perks in the faction trees and upgrading the capstones

I'm pretty sure it's more of their flagging system decided something about your account (it seems to be somewhat random so could be based on UUID) is weird (profanity or other) so they blocked it, and now you need to request a manual review, so they can change it back. They are, actually. Steam manages the purchase reports (can be thought of like receipts) and then hands that over to bungie servers, so bets are steam is overwhelmed, and not able to give the info of you owning the deluxe edition.
