Leveling them is kind of the main thing to do that overarches individual runs. Different factions also cover different playstyles (e.g. Arachne being PvP focused) so some will likely suit you better both in rewards and what they want from you

Should be reasonable doing your main ones but gonna be a grind if you wanna do all in a season
