Maybe, but not everyone is open to the idea of having a 3rd party account tied to their gaming experience, so they'd be put at a disadvantage, which I think Bungie would like to avoid. It is safe to assume the DACs are only for the ARG games.

Not sure, there is still 8 contracts that are active and you can reach level 3 DAC if you still need to. Level 4 is unattainable if you haven't done at least one more contract than the currnet 8 still working

If it isn't in a hexadecimal format, it will not work as a code. Trying to turn that into a hex code is near impossible with the amount of different ways it could be arranged. If that is what you are implying, at least.

It is 100% something to do with either tagging a discord user/bot or something on X. The problem is we don't know the keyword to try. If we keep trying random things, it will certainly never work, as described by the "volatility reveals weakness." Although, that could hint that randomly spamming someone or something will eventually cause something else to "show a weakness", giving us an avenue to decipher the code
