I had that problem last playtest when I downloaded the game but then tried to use my code, because it apparently automatically used my code when I did it. It wasn’t that someone else used it, it’s that it was already internalized to my account. Not sure if this helps or applies to you but this was my experience.

They stated they’re sending out codes all day and to be patient if you haven’t received yours as others have. Just keep checking your page, also when you sign in it defaults to a different tab than the “game codes” tab which will have your code so be sure you’re on the right tab as well
