Ok opinion time: I think squad fill is a miss. One of the biggest tension builders in EFT for example, is not knowing when a fight is truly over. Having every team be an almost guaranteed 3 man is gonna make it seem very predictable. Feels like Apex Legends.

Fight goes like this every time:

1. Get a knock.
2. Push the number advantage.
3. Finish off the last 2.
4. Repeat.

So I'm still a bit confused about extraction in general... Is it going to be similar to Hunt: Showdown or Tarkov where you can head to a point in the map at any moment during the match and leave? Because I personally enjoy avoiding conflict and scavenging the map, killing NPCs, etc. for loot and XP then leaving to slowly progress my character.

I feel like shroud brings up a good point with this game. The lore is literally perfect so far, I’m excited to hear abt all the characters and their lore as well, but the game looks a bit spoon fed.. shroud was saying that yeah it’s annoying and tedious to have a ton of types of ammo, annoying to learn how much each item costs off the top of your head, but that being said, all these little things is what keeps games like tarkov alive.
