I love Marathon and I’ve already played around 370 hours. But I have to say, this game really needs a serious rework and a closer look at how sniper rifles and shotguns work.

Right now it feels more like Sniperthon than Marathon.

You can only properly enjoy the game on Perimeter or Dire Marsh if there are no enemies running Outland. The same goes for Outpost and Cryo Archive, if you don’t have a Mesriah, you’re basically dead.

I really hope these weapons get some kind of rework and stop being so unbalanced.

oh i figured out how that works... you need the core that makes your echo location go for a lot longer and then you probably need to be part of a team
