Materialist+ is a gear trait like enduring or bloodthirsty or regular materialist, except it generates extra blue and purple mats instead of green and white mats. Shell IDs can drop from commanders, but are most common as a drop from the bosses. The alternative farm is to do solo outpost and kill commanders in pinwheel hub, not turning off reinforcements. Not as easy, have to do outpost and kill the lobby if you want to be safe. Perimeter solos tends to be free kit central and is much safer. Wraith warden is a fast and easy kill on destroyer and you don’t need much. Bully, bombing run core, bits per second chip for reload, get on the roof of overflow and it should be over in 30 seconds or less.

Run rook on outpost, don’t fight anybody. Look through the crash carts, folios, and trunks for cores. Lot of people are past needing to loot the green cores and leave them. That’s your best way to roll for mat+ stuff.

that's a core + a buff item + some trait on implants i can't remember the name of + Vandal's Prime that makes her into Sonic the Hedgehog. eat an Energy Amp with it to really over do it. you gotta get a bunch of kills first to get your AGI up from the core, but its been so damned fun doing it. and hella useful for just running the story line contracts.

The actual exfil will always be at one of the 6 starting spawns, if you run out of time you can activate any exfil station to spawn another exfil, also if an exfil station can't be interacted with, it means someone else already used it, so you gotta either wait 3 mins or go to another one

Realistically the game's level based mm means you wont be matching top end players unless you're also a top end player solely due to hours spent, it probably just happens that some of the players you match happen to be more aggresive or better at pvp. It would be way better if someone in the premade can make the calls so you dont spend too much time in the same POI since most teams will move around the map to gain more clearance / do their objectives (opening a vault etc)

The reality of the situation is that the decision to not let WSTR down a blue shield with 2 shots is based on a point blank shot where all the pellets hit. In a real game, you are never hitting with all of the pellets, which means that realistically the WSTR isn't even going to be able to down a green shield without either a 3rd shot or some type of melee. The whole thing is very silly.

I can never figure out if Vandal needs buffs, or if her skill ceiling is just so insanely high that we haven't touched it yet. The main issue I find with her is that on top of needing an insane amount of Vandal-only map knowledge to get the most value out of her kit, she is extremely map dependant.

If you look at cryo, she's absolutely horrible on that map. She is nothing more than a bad shell with some of the worst base stats in the game if she can't abuse rapid repositioning and vertical angles.

Idk what to tell you man. There's too many AI enemies to really move around uncontested on the map and taking gigantic flanks is risking getting blown up by an enemy team. The majority of fights in Cryo come down to grindy resource battles and utility spam with shotgun jousting. Vandal hates that type of fight. I'm not even saying she's a bad shell, but she's clearly one of the worst picks for that map in like 85% of the play area.

My take is that the final exfil should be less of a lottery roll. I think it would be fair to show where it's going to spawn 1-3 minutes before the final 60 second countdown, and then have that final exfil become a huge battle royale between the remaining players rather than just random chance if you're going to be set up defending within 10 second of it spawning, or full sprint for 60 seconds to get wasted by any team already there.

Yeah I did. I don't really agree with it. Most of our fights tonight in the runs we won were decided by either a painfully slow resource grind, or by flinging 8 grenades at them before they could react on the back of a recon ult. The fights we lost were because we got 1-tapped by gold railguns, ate a bunch of grenades before we could react, and one case where I threw a bubble when I meant to frag which saved a team and let them go offensive on us with Misriahs. I feel like what you're describing is more of a romanticized version of how a fight could go rather than the reality which is the Destroyer is going to use his 2x speed 2x distance tac sprint to slide through the bubble and 2-tap you with an auto-selector mizzy, or a crab is going to land on top of you that will overheat you and turn off your mobility, or you just get 1-tapped by a circuit breaker shooting you through a bubble shield while his triage spams panacea kits in the background to give his team a permanent super-regen effect.

tbf if you use the damage core it does actually turn into a reliable damage button for comboing with a nade or just general cleanup but if u dont have it on then its actually no damage in my experience
