90% of not dying in this game is knowing the layouts of each 'mini arena' you are going to be fighting in so you can constantly reposition without exposing yourself. It's hard. But you can also just yolo charge people with knives and a dream and win. Or just kinda know to not get pinned down and win occasional fights

I feel on dire marsh you should have to activate the lockdowns or wardens and anonymously through hitting switches or something at certain times. This way players wont just load into the map and try and pvp everyone on spawn

I’m not terrible by any measure either. I peaked Master Rank in Apex Legends, and I average 30 kills in Warzone. For the record, I’m around lvl 50 with almost $100k vault and 90+ hours on marathon. Despite all that, I haven’t touched the game since the release of cryo, and I’m not itching to jump back in.

I don’t think I’m alone either. I’ve noticed the game’s population has been declining ever since cryo. It’s like we put up with the torture until we were faced with a cold fact: this game is not for everyone. And as patient as I was, my best moments do not outweigh the worst. With that realization, the prospect of something clicking and finally enjoying the game I’ve waited so long for vanished. Before yall hit me with “what did you expect? This isn’t cod” and “git gud scrub,” just know I really tried.
