My impression from someone in the server is that cryo is like a RAID from D2 which is what I played a lot on. If this is anything similar to a raid from D2, then I think the pvp portion will be annoying because raids in D2 can be really hard. I don’t mind the pvepvp but I think if they invest in the pve so much to the point it quality shares that of raids from D2, then some players should be able to enjoy the pve

A lot of people literally play this game PvP first to the extent they will have a whole loadout of really good loot and try to kill other players in a battle that is totally stacked in the other team's favor, rather than just sneak out and exfil. They play it like the only faction is Arachne.

Just to demonstrate how insanely PvP focused the game is, the other day I just barely made it to final exfil with another player, we had like 3 seconds until we exfiled and someone sniped both of us, downing us and killing us. The reason it was only two of us is that another player took out our other crew member a little over 30 seconds before final exfil so we couldn't save them.

I also have a lot of runs with really close spawns where your entire crew gets taken out 30 seconds to 2 minutes into the run. People memorize all of the spawns and take people our right away before they have gotten their bearings. I have also heard of people on Dire Marsh getting sniped at the start of the match before they can even move yet.

That is how insanely PvP focused the game is. 🙂
