Signal Jammer messes with how other runners, the UESC, and other sensor
systems perceive you. It temporarily makes you un-pingable, lets you walk through Claymore and Proximity Mines without triggering them, hides you from thermal scopes, prevents a few proximity-based detectors from working, and of course blurs your model which makes it harder for enemies to tell which shell you're playing, where you're aiming/facing, and so on.

Bullet magnetism was created in Halo CE Also known as red retical range where in a certain cone of fire your hitscan shots will be "magnetised" to the target where they would of missed

The volt guns are like a needler
they are projectiles that track to the target in red recital range

Its a form of Aim assit for hitscan weapons and helps with the game feeling very good to play on controller
