PvP in this game is under-whelming, not enough action, survivability is too low.
AI is nothing but annoying, very unrewarding too
The map designs are god awful, they should of made it more long-distance/open map
Loot system is mid and unexciting

Play solo or link up with other players that actually want to focus and play the game. Random que is a meat grinder 90% of the time. Team mates dont talk and just run around doing random stuff. Dont ping, no communication in trios is pretty much guarenteed death

the thing is arc raiders drew in a slew of ppl who never played an extraction shooter and its more pve/friendly/casual than every other extraction shooter before it, also 3rd person. now you got all these players jumping to the server slam from arc raiders but they dont realize the sweat spot that marathon brings to the table. which is a legit extraction shooter minus the mil-sim stuff and minus the "you stub your toe and need 3 different medical items to heal it."

I think the biggest complaint after putting hours and hours in this server slam is the world feels too empty despite how big it is, the movement feels too “floaty” and there is not enough people being dropped into a run. Also I really don’t think the UI as is, is in good shape and the ttk is too low along with weapons feeling too “samey”. Also crafting would be nice. Ok and what the heck is silk for lol?

With that being said it has hope and strong bones but it may need a little more cooking. Time will tell. I’m having fun regardless.

I don’t man I’ve been slaying people with up to green shield with a concentrated mag dump even with white smgs. This makes white to green shields feel insignificant. Additionally, even with blue shields you can dang near mag dump someone and get the kill. I think it could be improved and this goes back to the feedback I was stating about a lot of the guns also feel “samey” I can bring the same level of grief and pain to most players with a white smg with no attachments than I can with a kitted gun. Additionally, if someone has blue shields and I hit them with pretty much anything before I mag dump them with said white smg I’m gonna drop them.

my assumption for the requirements as "completion" is whatever gets you out of the mission, whether that be death or extraction. but if for some reason you didn't meet these requirements (but very obviously played the server slam) the support team will definitely help you out since you deserve those cosmetics
