No, apex legend has only a portion of the movement mechanics in TF2, it has less and more limited movement options, it has has a more limited physics simulation that is also only active during some movement mechanics and not all, also not all characters have the same movement mechanics, and yes wall run and double jump add a completely new dimension and open the doors for many more interactions of movement that you could ever have in apex legend

your not understanding my point. it already has grapple movement doesnt matter if its for one character. secondly though the walll run is part of the movement its only at that one function you can perform, there is not much diversity through the wall running. not saying its a bad feature. in apex you have tons of wall climb techs, ledge tech, slide tech. movement is alot more than just wall running and grappling brother. its a newer game ofc its gonna have a broader movement tech especially with the genre of the game. all base movement outside of wallrunning. apex literally has more than tf2, sure there is no wall running but that doesnt remove the fact there is a ton of other movement techs that cover for it. you still have grapple tech, nade tech in apex so whats the issue

I think you are still not understanding why everyone is saying that apex legend movement tech is inferior is not just the amount of movement tech you have, the underlying physic code of apex legend is way more limited then TF2 physics code, wall run add way more complexity due to how it interact with the physics engine itself, even the same movement tech that apex legend copies from tf2 is more limited, just go read the code in the GitHub the community did retro engineering both physics code, is way more limited. Even things like
Air strafing , Tap Strafing, Fzzy Strafing, Spam Strafing, Forward, only strafes, Strafe Combos, No Lurch Double Jump, Strafe Kick, Cancel Strafe Kick, No Lurch Disembark, Edge Boost, Forced End Boost do not work the same way and don’t have the same amount of interaction and do not conserve momentum the same way. Apex legend have quantity, not quality and that’s what people are telling you

and is more casual, there is not much time investment needed and it doesn’t have force wipes compare to all extraction shooters
