10/10 amazing and surprising stable. I've experienced no crashes. Clock crashed once during a boss battle. I got a minor visual bug briefly, and the only other bug is if you mantle in a certain way while in a cave you'll get flung upward towards the surface. It doesn't hurt you, it's honestly just kinda funny. Some people report email/verification issues but I've had none. Its genuinely what I hoped for.

So currently the Adventure (Story Mode) is still in dev, but Survival (its called something else) and Creative Modes work great. World Gen V2 is nice. Lotta areas to explore, cool cave systems, unique weapons, and solid AI (that Hypixel said still is being worked on). Also a ton of QoL features that Minecraft doesn't have for some reason. Like trees break completely from cutting the stump; There is no hunger, but an auto regen stamina system, a single food item does healing over time and provides other buffs; Equipment doesn't disappear at 0% durability, it just becomes significantly less effective; etc etc

Depends heavily on the shell you’re running
Destroyer and Vandal are the most movement oriented imo
Destroyer has a tactical sprint that lets you cover distance faster and a thruster that strafes you in a certain direction
Vandal has a slide that travels more distance and a double jump
Her ult also allows you to move faster with less heat build up
Heat is basically a reverse stamina bar. The more you move, the more heat builds. Once your heat maxes out you’re restricted to walking and crouching until it refills.
Thief also has a grappling hook for movement but we really don’t know much about that rn publicly.

I just want to vent here because I think it's the right place.

Arc Raiders is slowly dying and I am not jokingly saying that. The success it has been is already known to the public, but it is actually a smokeball. Like when something becomes fashionable and fashions eventually end.

Having said that, I would like Marathon, which is my other game, to "promise" this hand-to-hand to compete and see if they put on their pants in Embark because they are letting them die in their hands.
Bungie, do your thing. I have faith.

I love how people are saying Arc is dying and it still like regularly gets >300k max concurrent people a day. Though I have been looking at SteamDB and it's going down, but slowly though

I mean like, everything has a billion steps and is super detailed, you basically have to be an expert to be any kind of efficient. Example: Copper Pickaxe (first stone-breaking tool you can get) speedrun steps to craft from 0 tools (let's see if I remember this I haven't played in a while.

1. Find some flint and stones, knap them into basic tool heads, put these on sticks.
2. Find clay, dig it up and shape it into 2 things, a crucible and a pickaxe mold.
3. Cut some grass with a knife and chop logs in your inventory to get firewood. You will need a lot of both.
4. Get two sticks and some dry grass to make a firestarter.
5. Dig a one-block hole, put each wet clay item into the hole.
6. Fill the hole with dry grass and then firewood on top. Light them both up.
7. Wait a day and a half.
8. While waiting, chop more wood, make more firewood, and then dig a large pit. I reccomend 3 wide, 3 tall.
9. Fill entirely with firewood. ENTIRELY.
10. Build a campfire on top, then cover everything with dirt besides the campfire.
11. Light the campfire and then cover it quickly, but not so that it's put out, use something denser than regular dirt or gravel.

12. This will take another two or three days to become charcoal, but it'll be worth it.
13. While waiting for both of these things, go out and find copper. It'll just be sitting on the ground, nuggets of copper, you'll need 40 for just the pickaxe head, and be sure to mark them on your map for when you're done as more copper ore always lies below. You just can't get it without that pickaxe.
14. Once both of the things are done and you have all your copper, build a campfire, and fill it with charcoal dug up from the finished pit.
15. Put the finished crucible on the firepit, and fill it with the copper nuggets.
16. Light the pit, wait for it to heat.
17. In the meantime, use sticks to craft some tongs.
18. Place the finished pickaxe mold somewhere cool and covered, so it doesn't have any negative reactions with rain or ambient temperature. Yes that can happen.
19. Once the copper in the crucible is all liquid, pick it up with the tongs in your off-hand to put it in the tongs.
20. Pour it out into the mold in its safe location.
21. Wait a little while, it won't take too long for it to harden, and once it does you can cool it off by holding it in the tongs and dipping it in water.
22. Once it's cool, put it on a stick!

You now have one (1) copper pickaxe, and can continue to gather copper to make into more tools!

It is for me! Idk. It's nice to have all these little tasks to do, and you're not JUST doing that you're also focusing on hunting/farming, cooking meals to store for winter, building your home, etc. And when in multiplayer it's all sorts of fun to build this little society where everyone does their jobs for everyone to prosper.

There are 300,000 fashionable dead people because they do not even do the basics of an extraction shooter.

there's a manual in-game that teaches you everything you need to know...as long as you have the attention span to read it. And then it's still hard and a bit tedious on top of that, so yeah it is hard to get into but it's easier than it feels at first.
