I just want to know if the screen-explosion of UI in the older alpha gameplay has been toned down at all. They talk a lot about player immersion in the new vidoc, and that much UI is an instant turn-off for me.

Not exactly they are more then likely outsiders, the OG marathon community when i was in there server only a few months back they are not that upset, disappointed sure but they are hopefully to see where the story goes. what made marathon classics so good wasnt a campaign it was exploring and reading terminals and world building through inference. We are likely to see much of that in the NuMarathon so i think OG's are not to shaken
